A-14S Swivel Pulley Pruner Kit includes the pruner, adapter (PHA-14), and rope (PR-20). The Swivel Pulley Pruner has a 1.25 in. cutting capacity and features a removable upper spring pin and blade bolt for easy blade replacement and sharpening. The swivel provides versatility in pull direction and more leverage with less pressure on pulley arm.
